澳門新葡京。Don Alfonso 1890 意大利餐廳

Don Alfonso 曾經得到米芝蓮二星, 但之後就沒有啦! 在那個星星的年代, 我曾經去吃過一次午餐, 印象還不錯. 這次朋友請客, 給了很多餐廳選擇, 不過大年初三實在很難訂, 最後她們訂了Don Alfonso 1890.

面包盤依然好吃, 不知道是不是老了, 對草味的olive oil非常喜愛.

香煎鵝肝伴野菌、蘋果及柑橘汁 ($280.00)

鵝肝脆口, 口感像肝醬的質地, 不是oily rich的路線, 但是意外爽口.

Eggplant “Parmigiana” with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil sauce
意式焗茄子伴水牛芝士及紫蘇汁 ($200.00)

茄子的口感爽脆, 加上Q勁的Mozzarella cheese, 溫潤而豐富.

金鎗魚腩意粉配水瓜柳 ($200.00)

Carbonara非常rich, tuna toro油脂豐富而帶一點腥. 在叫意大利面的時候, 服務生有問我們要al dente還是軟一點, 我們點的是al dente, 口感非常棒!!

杏仁意大利飯伴西西里紅蝦、白胡椒及芝麻菜 ($320.00)

非常甜, 甜到有一點點詭異, 不過還是可以入口.

非常creamy, 青萍果香氣而帶spicy.

Overall我覺得他們的appetizer 跟意大利面都好吃, secondi 肉類不錯, 但海鮮有點普通.
